MSA allows us to participate at whatever level the client needs.  We approach these opportunities with a goal of adding value to the client’s development proposal. Through MSA or one of our affiliated companies, we can provide quality assistance to developers involved in any affordable housing transaction. MSA also serves as a holding company for land or buildings awaiting future development opportunities.
